1. Description of Service

FeedDrop provides a service that allows users to connect their Instagram Business or Creator accounts and generate embeddable JavaScript widgets that display their Instagram feed on any website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FeedDrop. By using this service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind yourself to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Instagram Platform Compliance

By using FeedDrop, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use. You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or have explicit permission to manage.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to display content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer or redistribute the service's API endpoints.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience outages beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

FeedDrop and its original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Instagram content displayed through our embeds remains the property of the respective account holders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by disconnecting all Instagram accounts and contacting us at clgsergosu97@gmail.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
