Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from FeedDrop, as required by Meta's platform policies.
What Data We Store
When you connect your Instagram account to FeedDrop, we store:
- Your Instagram username
- Your Instagram user ID (a numeric identifier assigned by Meta)
- An OAuth access token — a credential that allows us to fetch your public posts on your behalf
- The date you connected your account
We do not store your Instagram posts, photos, or captions.
Option 1: Delete via Dashboard (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your Instagram data is directly from your FeedDrop dashboard:
- Sign in at FeedDrop.com/login
- Go to Dashboard → Accounts
- Click the Disconnect button next to the Instagram account you want to remove
- Confirm the deletion
This will immediately and permanently delete your access token, Instagram user ID, and username from our systems.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to your FeedDrop account, send a message to:
Include the following in your email:
- Your Instagram username
- Your FeedDrop email address (if known)
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing a deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Your Instagram OAuth access token
- Your Instagram username
- Your Instagram user ID
- The date your account was connected
- All associated embed configuration
Note: Deleting your Instagram data from FeedDrop does not affect your actual Instagram account or content.
Deletion of Your FeedDrop Account
To delete your entire FeedDrop account, email us at clgsergosu97@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
